If so, mark Thursday, Feb. 23 on your calendar for the Canadian Association of Journalists' very first Beer and Bull event, featuring Halifax Regional Police Chief Frank Beazley. The Beer and Bull idea comes from the Edmonton chapter, and the idea behind it is simple: it's a relaxed, informal, off-the-record event with local newsmakers.
