Computer-Assisted Reporting at Carleton University

Everyone who registers for the CAR courses at Carleton on Thursday, April 11 and Friday April 12 will be sent detailed information about how to reach the campus, how to locate the St. Patrick's College journalism building and the exact location of the computer labs on the third floor.

There's an online map which shows the Chateau Laurier, the conference hotel, as a green star and St. Patrick's college as a red star.

The Carleton campus is only a short taxi or bus/light rail ride from downtown. Allow at least an extra half-hour transit time just to be on the safe side.

The basic plan is to go west from the hotel along Wellington/Scott street to either Bronson or the light rail station just west of Bronson Street. From there it's straight south, to the other side of Dow's Lake and the Carleton campus.

It's an easy commute, so don't worry about being late or getting lost.
